It is important for any contracting company to be well equipped with apt resources and to be able to meet the challenges of diverse projects. Subject to client requirements, site conditions and other project factors, the allocated and available resources, be it human or equipment, should enable the contractor to execute his/her project with time and cost effective means.
Arising from the successful execution of a number of major dredging and reclamation projects, interspersed with numerous minor works, ADL enjoys substantial resources –Human and Equipment, in its own right. In addition, its two Exclusive business partners (for dredging, excavation) of enterprises of Bangladesh Military and Bangladesh Navy, place considerable opportunity and resources at its disposal. Backed by these resources, ADL is well established to execute projects whenever and wherever required.
ADL operates three Cutter Suction Dredger units (20” & 18”; Dutch and Chinese built), eight Suction Dredger units (14”, 12” & 10”; Bangladeshi built), ten Discharge Dredger units (14”, 12”& 10”; Bangladeshi built) and associated equipments. The existing dredgers have recently been upgraded to include modern guidance and monitoring equipment. All CSDs are in a very good state of maintenance.
To support the river dredging, land extraction and development process, ADL operates a fleet of land based and marine equipments which includes bulldozers, excavators, site offices, general cargo barges, workboats, houseboats, speedboats, etc.
